At Altruette we want to make your shopping – and giving – experience as easy as possible. For order inquiries the best way to contact us is via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not have access to email you can also leave us a voicemail at 888.906.2210, however email is the most efficient way to reach us!
Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal, checks or cash. We can only accept one form of payment per order. All prices include a donation to the charity that sponsors each charm.
Shipping: We endeavor to have all shipments leave our warehouse within 3 business days. If there is a delay or your choice is backordered, we will contact you with this information and the expected shipping date. All shipments are sent via UPS. For this reason, we cannot ship to a PO Box. Apartment numbers must be designated where applicable. Currently Altruette only ships to addresses within the U.S. Our ordering deadlines for Holiday 2012 are as follows:
Exchanges or Returns: You may return or exchange any item that you are not satisfied with provided that it is returned within 14 days of the shipping date and is unworn and in its original condition. All items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns that arrive between 14-30 days of the shipping date are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee, as are returns that arrive and are considered "worn." Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
If you'd like to make a return or exchange, please email us at email@example.com with your name, order number and reason for return/exchange. We will respond with instructions about how to complete your return or exchange.
Please choose a carrier that supplies you with a tracking number, and insure the package for the amount of your purchase.
Altruette will not be liable for any packages lost or damaged in transit.
