At Altruette we want to make your shopping – and giving – experience as easy as possible. For order inquiries the best way to contact us is via email at orders@altruette.com. Emailing us is the fastest way to receive a response to your inquiry. If you do not have access to email you can also leave us a voicemail at 888.906.2210, however there may be a delay in responding to voicemail queries so please email us if possible!

Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal, checks or cash. We can only accept one form of payment per order. All prices include a donation to the charity that sponsors each charm.

Shipping: We endeavor to have all shipments leave our warehouse within 3 business days. If there is a delay or your choice is backordered, we will contact you with this information and the expected shipping date. All shipments are sent via UPS. For this reason, we cannot ship to a PO Box. Apartment numbers must be designated where applicable. Currently Altruette only ships to addresses within the U.S.

Please be advised that UPS will make 3 delivery attempts to the "ship to address". Any cost related to changes to the "ship to" address will be the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges or Returns: We want to make sure that you love your purchase from Altruette. Please contact us at orders@altruette.com with your name and order number if you have questions about your order or would like to exchange or return your purchase.
