*We design & prototype our charms in NYC and produce them in Rhode Island.

*They are handcrafted from 100% recycled sterling silver and 14K gold plating.

To get started, just choose a bracelet or necklace, then select your charms. The more charms you add, the more groups you help. 

Altruette charms come with a clasp that easily snaps on and off your bracelet, so they're simple to move around and make great gifts.
